Choose Pilates
And why do we have such a diverse crowed of people at our Pilates studio. Pilates draw in so many different people because Pilates effect the person in a vast number of ways and Pilates was design from the outset to work with people with nearly any body type condition or injury. Pilates is design for professional weight lifters, marathon runners, snow boarders and just as well design for spinal injuries, stroke and brain injury.

This simple focus aligns the body in a way that heals many down stream health issues and most times will elininate all together.
I have found as I get old no longer reach the same places I did when I was younger. Simple yoga poses became so much more difficult and reaching behind my back became a struggle I did not want to get restricted any more. The Pilates method gradually and consistently increased my flexibility and increased my mobility. Like so many others I felt I was given this gift that I thought I had lost forever.
