Warm Pilates Level I
Sunday 3:30-4:30 January to March 26th
This class is appropriate for beginning clients who are new to core strength training. We utilize the following props to manage pain and mobility challenges. The spine corrector for strengthening and aligning the skeletal, muscular and fascial systems of the body. The magic circle for deepening the lateral strength in the arms and legs, foot correctors for engaging the three arches of the foot, coregous ball for lengthening and strengthening the deep abdominal core and the Fletcher towel for activating and balancing shoulder strength.

January 17 - March 26
This class is appropriate for clients comfortable with level 2 skills seeking to increase their strength at a more challenging pace. We utilize the following props to uplevel. The spine corrector for strengthening and aligning the skeletal, muscular and fascial systems of the body. The magic circle for deepening the lateral strength in the arms and legs, foot correctors for engaging the three arches of the foot, coregous ball for lengthening and strengthening the deep abdominal core and the Fletcher towel for activating and balancing shoulder strength.

Thai Massage Workshop
February 14th 7:00 - 9:00 pm
This class is a lead/follow class. You will follow along as we demonstrate partner massage and stretches that will enhance your communication and intimacy as a moving partnership. This class is taught in a dimly lit heated room at Yellow bird Yoga. After your two hour encounter you will have skills that you can apply to your loved one whenever they have pain or whenever you are seeking deeper intimacy.
